About Aaron Gottlieb

aaron gottlieb

Born in Bridgeport, CT, but raised in the Philadelphia area since the age of 2, Aaron has grown up in a family of Philadelphia sports love and loyalty. Known for his all out passion for the Eagles, he also is a die hard phanatic of the Sixers, Flyers, and Phils too.

A few favorite moments of Philly sports include: Iverson stepping over Tyron Lue, Primeau’s wrap-around goal in game 6 against Tampa in 2004, the Eagles winning the NFC Championship in 2005, and the ultimate/unthinkable/dream come true – October 29,2008 – the Philadelphia Phillies become World Series Champions.

He thanks his Dad for introducing him to the world of sports, and cites some of his favorite athletes as Roy Halladay, LeSean McCoy, and Jrue Holiday.

With love for the Philly teams comes constant heartbreak, as people across the region know all too well (although that was lessened with the Phillies winning it all). Every game, trade, and play is life or death. Philadelphia sports are life. As the teams fair, so does Aaron. With this blog, comes criticizing comments on management and players alike, but also fondness and praise for everyday effort and hard work paying off.

The bottom line: GO EAGLES! GO PHILS! GO FLYERS! AND GO SIXERS!!

Besides sports, Aaron also has a intense love for movies. Read his blog, “Your Unqualified Review“.
